Spencer Jones has been a commercial still life photographer and active stock photographer for over fifteen years. Since striking out on his own in the late 1990s, he has shot for various corporations, including L’oreal, FedEx, American Express, and Tag Heuer. He has shot for magazines, including Marie Claire, InStyle, Harper’s Bazaar, Field and Stream, and New York Times Magazine. Spencer has shot several covers for Time Magazine including their prestigious “Person of the Year” issue and the “The Real Meaning of Patriotism” issue.
He has also exhibited his photography at the Nikon House, The Kodak Gallery, The Tisch Gallery, and was highlighted in the book “The Best of Photography”, American Photographic Artists and featured in ASMP’s 2016 Photo Annual. Currently, Spencer divides his time between his commercial photography career and managing Glasshouse Images.
